How long does my order take?

Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive it at your door within approximately 5 to 8 business days. We are committed to processing your order quickly and efficiently so that you can enjoy your products as soon as possible.

The standard shipping cost is €5 for all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders over €20 ! We want to reward your loyalty and support of our store.

Can I return a product?

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products, however, unexpected situations may arise. Here we explain our return policy:

Returns for Defective Product: If you receive a poorly printed, damaged or defective product, we will take care of solving it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product via hello@artivant.com . We will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges and Returns for Other Reasons: We do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons other than those mentioned above. We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to make sure it is exactly what you want.
